By paying for your booking, you agree that you are concluded a contract under General Terms and Conditions, according to Bulgarian legislation, you confirm that you are familiar with them and accept them.

Check-in and check-out:
Hotel check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00. In case of early check-in or late arrival, please make sure to inform us in advance to reserve your room.
Release of the used premises - by 12:00 at the latest.
Upon further arrangement, check-in and check-out times can be changed.

Terms of payment and reservation guarantee:
When paying by card
Full payment is required after booking confirmation.

Upon payment at the hotel
A reservation upon payment at the hotel is valid after receiving confirmation of your stay at the telephone number or email address provided by you before your check-in.
Reservations not guaranteed in the specified method are not held at the hotel.

Cancellation of a confirmed and guaranteed reservation:
In case of no-show, the amount for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation will be charged.
In case of premature termination of the stay, the amount for the entire stay for the booked apartment is paid.

The method of payment is specified in advance.
Regarding invoicing the amount, we expect you to send us invoice details:
For an individual: three names, social security number, address
For a legal entity: name, address, EIC, tax number, MOL.
You can get the invoice on site upon check-in.
